• 1- How do I receive a quote?

  There are multiple ways to receive your quote. You can send a message on the website, email the quote request, call with your quote request or set up a meeting to receive a quote in person.

• 2- How does your hourly rate work?

  Our rate is $50/hr for the design work. Any extra time will be rounded to the nearest 10 minutes with 5 minutes rounding up. For all the other aspects of your job the rates can vary.

• 3- What computer programs do you use to create your work?

  I use the following programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign, and Quark.

• 4- If I'm going to supply you with images, what resolution do they have to be?

  For a project that will be printed a resolution of 300dpi is advised. Any less resolution will not generate a high quality image.
